SCAM Alert: An Open Letter To Customers
Dear Valued Customers,
Some websites are using photos and other content copied from our Facebook ads to SCAM potential customers. Apparently, victims are receiving something something silly like Plastic bag instead of the official chairliving furniture . We are sorry to hear some have been victimized; this is very unfortunate. It makes us feel angry. We reported these sites to Facebook. And we will continue to do so.
Unfortunately, some who were scammed have since found our facebook page and (ironically) accused us of scamming them. Nothing could be further from the truth. Even cursory due diligence will verify that chairliving is a legitimate company. And currently the only way to "purchase" the official chairliving furniture is by pre-ordering it here at chairliving.com.
We respectfully request that if you were victimized by one of these scam sites then please do not accuse us of scamming you or tell our customers we are a scam. This does not help and we may simply delete these comments.
Instead, there are numerous ways you can counteract these fraudsters. And we would be ever-so grateful!
First, report counterfeit products or fraudulent copy-cat sites. Our patent-pending chairliving is such a great idea that disreputable people will pretend to offer it and steal your money. Report them to PayPal, Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, etc. Many have already received a refund from Papal after reporting the fraud!
Second, get the word out and make some noise for us! Share the chairliving campaign with your friends and family on Facebook and your other social media accounts! Share our ads. Share our posts. Share the chairliving.com URL. The more exposure we have, the faster we'll crowd out the illegitimate noise of scammers.
We encourage all to please do your due diligence before purchasing online. Thank you for your support!
Sincerely,
- The chairliving Team
